Dr. Bilal Qureshi
Hello, I’m Dr. Bilal Qureshi, a specialist orthodontist based in Woking. My greatest passion is giving people of all ages a smile they can’t wait to share with the world.
For me, orthodontics is more than just straightening teeth; it’s about building confidence that can last a lifetime. That’s why I pursued years of advanced training beyond dental school to specialize in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. This focused expertise allows me to handle everything from straightforward adjustments to the most complex cases with precision and care.
Your Treatment, Your Smile
Every patient’s journey is unique. At my practice, we combine a genuinely personal approach with state-of-the-art technology. We use tools like digital impressions and 3D imaging to make your treatment more comfortable, efficient, and predictable. Whether we decide on traditional braces or modern clear aligners, my focus is always on understanding your goals and creating a treatment plan that fits your life.
My commitment to care also extends beyond the practice. I’ve had the humbling privilege of volunteering with Dentaid in Uganda, providing essential dental services to children in orphanages and special needs hospitals. This experience constantly reminds me of the profound impact a healthy smile can have on a person’s well-being.
I believe choosing an orthodontist is a big decision, and my team and I are dedicated to making you feel confident and cared for every step of the way. I look forward to meeting you and starting your journey to a beautiful, healthy smile.
Therapists, Hygienists, Nurses
Rebecca Penry
Orthodontic Therapist
GDC No. 282482
Rebecca Penry
Hi, I’m Rebecca. I’m an orthodontic therapist at iQ Braces & Faces, and I’ve been part of the journey since day one-and even before that. I originally worked with the team prior to the opening of the practice in 2019, and transitioned with them into this new chapter, helping to lay the foundations for the clinic we are so proud of today.
My journey has been one of growth and dedication. I started at reception, moved into dental nursing, then took on roles as senior administrator and interim practice manager before qualifying as an orthodontic therapist in 2021. This broad experience has given me a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of orthodontic care.
I’ve developed extensive experience in invisalign therapy and iTero scanning, helping patients visualise their treatment outcomes and guiding them through their aligner journeys with precision and care. I’m passionate about delivering patient-focused treatment and helping people feel confident in their smiles.
I was closely involved in setting up the practice-supporting our CQC registration, implementing policies, and helping us achieve BDA Good Practice recognition. I’m known for my methodical approach, quick learning, and calm presence, which helps both patients and colleagues feel supported.
Outside of work, I enjoy quiet moments with my cat and value time for reflection and connection. iQ Braces & Faces isn’t just a workplace to me, it’s a place I’ve helped build, and continue to nurture with pride and care.

Orthodontic Therapist

Renata Gorzelak
Hi, I’m Renata. I’m an orthodontic therapist with over four years of experience in orthodontics and more than a decade in dentistry. I joined the team at iQ Braces & Faces in Woking after working in several prestigious orthodontic practices across London and Surrey, where I built a reputation for professionalism, adaptability, and compassionate patient care.
My journey began as a dental nurse, and I steadily progressed through various roles, including head nurse, before qualifying as an orthodontic therapist through The Royal College of Surgeons. I’ve also completed additional training in radiography, dental impressions, and orthodontic nursing, which helps me deliver precise and effective care.
I’m fluent in English and Polish, and conversational in German, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of patients. I’m known for my calm, solutions-focused approach and my ability to make patients feel at ease throughout their treatment. I’m especially passionate about preventive oral health education and helping patients understand how to maintain their results long-term.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, staying active, and exploring new places. I’m proud to be part of a team that values excellence, empathy, and patient-centred care.

Sara Jalloul
I’m an orthodontic therapist and proud member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. I’ve been part of iQ Braces & Faces since we first opened our doors in 2019, and although I now work with the team on a part-time bank basis, I remain closely connected to the practice and its patients.
I earned my diploma in orthodontic therapy in 2016 and hold a BSc (Hons) in Dental Technology, awarded in 2014. My strong technical background gives me a solid foundation in dental materials and clinical techniques, which I apply to a wide range of treatments-from early interceptive orthodontics and complex ortho-restorative cases to cosmetic aligner therapies and retention planning.
I’ve worked across both NHS and private specialist settings, always bringing a calm, patient-centred approach to care. I take pride in guiding patients through each phase of treatment with empathy, precision, and attention to detail, and I’m especially focused on optimising clinical workflows while maintaining the highest standards of care.
In September 2025, I began full-time study for a BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy at the University of Portsmouth, reflecting my commitment to expanding my clinical scope and continuing to deliver holistic, preventative care.
Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, swimming, cooking, and travel-activities that help me stay balanced and energised. I’m proud to be part of a team that values excellence, kindness, and patient-focused care.
Jonathan Venter
Orthodontic Therapist
GDC No. 280902
Jonathan Venter
Hi, I’m Jonathan. I’m an orthodontic therapist at iQ Braces & Faces, and I’ve been part of the team since before we officially opened in 2019. My journey into orthodontics began in dental technology, where I worked at a leading specialist laboratory producing high-end private dental work. That experience gave me a strong foundation in precision, aesthetics, and the transformative power of dentistry.
I later transitioned into clinical care, working my way up through dental and orthodontic nursing, and earning my qualification in dental radiography from the British Dental Association. In 2024, I proudly graduated with honours from the University of Bristol’s orthodontic therapy program-a milestone that marked the next chapter in my commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
I’m passionate about helping patients feel confident and informed throughout their treatment. I’ve developed extensive experience in Invisalign therapy and iTero scanning, and I’m known for my thorough approach-often taking extra time to explain every detail of treatment so patients feel empowered and reassured.
I work closely with our team and am trusted to oversee the practice when needed. I take that responsibility seriously and am committed to refining my clinical skills, not only to deliver outstanding results for our patients but also to honour the trust placed in me by my colleagues and mentors.
Outside of work, I enjoy connecting with people, learning new things, and being part of a team that values growth, kindness, and excellence. iQ Braces & Faces is more than just a workplace-it’s a place I’ve grown with, and I’m proud to contribute to its continued success.
Dr. Syed Wajahat Ullah
Dental Hygiene Therapist
GDC No. 303578
Dr. Syed Wajahat Ullah
Hello, I’m Wajahat Syed. While I’m a fully qualified dentist from abroad, here in the UK, I practice as a GDC-registered Dental Hygiene Therapist at IQ Braces & Faces. My passion is providing dedicated support to our patients, ensuring their teeth and gums stay perfectly healthy throughout their orthodontic journey.
My background as a dentist gives me a comprehensive understanding of oral health, which I apply every day to my role. I know that orthodontic treatment is a big commitment, and keeping your gums and teeth clean around braces can be a challenge. That’s my speciality. Many people also feel nervous about dental appointments, so I make it my mission to create a calm and reassuring environment. By listening to your concerns and using a gentle approach, I help even the most anxious patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
Whether I’m performing a meticulous cleaning, teaching a child how to effectively brush around their new braces using my “tell-show-do” method, or providing preventive advice, my goal is to be a supportive partner in your treatment.
Outside of the clinic, I love to stay active by going to the gym and playing football. I also enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my friends and family. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve a beautiful, healthy smile.
Liza Humeniuk
Trainee Dental Nurse
Liza Humeniuk
Hi, I’m Liza Humeniuk. I’m a trainee dental nurse with a deep passion for orthodontics and patient care. At our clinic, I help ensure everything runs smoothly-from ordering materials and capturing high-quality orthodontic photos to scanning with iTero and creating smile simulations that help patients visualize their transformation.
Before moving to the UK, I worked as a pharmacist in Ukraine, which gave me a strong foundation in healthcare and attention to detail. I’ve since trained in documenting clinical notes for our orthodontist and orthodontic therapists often step in at reception to support our team during busy times.
Outside of work, I have a passion for cats and going for long walks-they help me recharge and stay grounded. I truly enjoy being part of each patient’s journey and strive to make everyone feel comfortable, informed, and confident as they work toward a healthier, happier smile.
Office Support
Sughra Mahmood
Treatment Coordinator
Sughra Mahmood
I’m the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator here, and I’ve been part of the team since 2012. Over the years, I’ve grown into a role that allows me to support patients through every step of their orthodontic journey-whether they’re referred through the NHS, by their family dentist, or come to us directly.
I manage both NHS and private patient pathways, including assessment and treatment waiting lists. I spend time with patients explaining their brace options, reinforcing dental health advice, and helping them understand how to stay on track with their treatment. I also oversee our electronic referral system (REGO) and liaise with hospital departments-including orthodontics and oral and maxillofacial surgery-on behalf of patients and their families to help coordinate care and reduce delays.
I work closely with our reception and senior management teams to keep everything running smoothly, often continuing tasks from home to ensure patients receive timely and well-organized care. I take great pride in my role and always aim to provide clear, compassionate support that helps patients and parents feel confident and cared for.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my daughters and my cat, and I find joy in moments of self-care-whether it’s a peaceful spa day, a bit of shopping, or a well-deserved holiday. But above all, I value kindness. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, encouraging the best in others, and creating a space where everyone feels respected, supported, and uplifted.
Esha Ibrahim
Practice Manager
Esha Ibrahim
Hi, I’m Esha Ibrahim. I’m the Practice Manager and part of the senior management team at iQ Braces & Faces. I’ve been with the practice since 2020, stepping into a leadership role during a time of significant transition. Since then, I’ve grown alongside the practice, taking on responsibilities that include operational management, regulatory compliance, and supporting both our clinical and administrative teams.
My role involves making sure the day-to-day running of the clinic is smooth, efficient, and aligned with government standards. I work closely with our leadership team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and that our staff feel supported and empowered in their roles.
What drives me most is my connection to the practice and the people in it. I care deeply about our patients and often go above and beyond-whether that means helping out on weekends or staying engaged during annual leave-to make sure everything is done to the best of my ability. I’m still growing in experience, but I’m committed to learning, improving, and helping iQ Braces & Faces thrive.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, discovering new places, and finding moments to recharge. I’m proud to be part of a team that values kindness, care, and excellence-and I’m excited to continue growing with a practice that means so much to me.
