Good experience as I’m 12 it was a bit discomforting but overall a great experience.The hygienist was very welcoming and made sure I was informed with the procedure.
They don’t like it when you complain about their failings. They make excuses to remove you as a NHS patient. They will blame you for break down in relationship when it’s totally their fault. Everything they say is two faced and they are very dishonest. Don’t believe anything they say or write, all they do is lie and make themselves look like the victim when it’s the patients that end up in a bad mental state. They don’t care about anyone!
Khatija and the team have been great with their customer service, they saw my son very last minute to ensure he wasn’t in pain over the holidays! Thank you!!

I would strongly advise others to consider alternative surgeries. Our experience with this practice has been extremely disappointing and the managers are no good. Referrals were delayed by nearly three months, and appointments were cancelled at short notice by text message. Attempts to have open and honest conversations were unsuccessful, and on more than one occasion staff alleged that I was shouting or swearing when this was not the case. After raising concerns about the service provided, the practice managers refused to continue treatment and removed my daughter from their care, offering only a written apology filled with explanations rather than meaningful action. This response felt inadequate given the seriousness of the delays involved. NHS patients appear to be deprioritised, with appointments offered during school hours only, the receptionist denies this despite the practice’s answerphone stating otherwise. There was also consistent pressure to consider private treatment. As a result of these delays and cancellations, my daughter’s orthodontic treatment has been significantly affected, and she has now been advised that further teeth may need to be removed. I consider this outcome deeply concerning and believe the care provided fell well below acceptable standards and have started taking the matter further .

Excellent orthodontic care with a friendly, professional team. The office is clean and modern, and they do a great job explaining every step of the process. Sometimes the wait can be a little longer than expected, but the quality of care makes it worth it. Highly recommend.
The care has been excellent, and we’re really happy with the results so far. I also want to say a big thank you to the lovely receptionist, Khatija, who always does her best to accommodate us with appointments—even at short notice. Her help and flexibility have made everything so much easier for us. Highly recommend this practice!
